This is an entertainment service available to wireless subscribers 18 years of age and up. Available on AT&T, Alltel, Cricket Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile 99¢ per message received; Boost $6.99 per month unlimited messages; Sprint & Nextel $19.99 per month unlimited messages from our network of professional chatters and will appear on your wireless bill. Standard rate charges may apply. Persons and models depicted may not be available for chat. Unlimited chat may not apply on all carriers. - Q. I tried to chat but I never received anything on my phone.
- A. Please verify that your carrier/phone is configured for Text Messaging, specifically across a 5 digit 'Common Short Code'. You may need to talk to your wireless carrier about this.
- Q. When will I be charged?
- A. You shall be charged AFTER you have successfully received a billable chat message. You will receive a follow up SMS thanking you for your purchase and notifying you that the charge has been applied to your phone bill or pre-paid account.
- Q. I want to complain about SPAM. Who do I contact?
- A. Please email support@mobilepenthouse.com with information on your cellphone number, the name of your wireless carrier, the 'from' number of the message that you consider to be SPAM and the message that you received. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.
- Q. Are there any age restrictions on persons under the age of 18?
- A. Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
